b76c7be1db pstar: sepolicy: Rework policies for moto services 
* Avoid direct access to kmsg for logging purpose.
 * Load touchscreen driver on early-init for labelling its sysfs nodes.

d67e4dc224 pstar: Load smbcharger driver on early-init 
This makes it available in offmode charging w/o triggering the fs class
as moto does on stock.
