2b41809aea sm7325-common: Use AOSP default Codec2/OMX ranks 
debug.stagefright.ccodec=4
is the default value in frameworks.

debug.stagefright.omx_default_rank=0
was used to rank OMX SW codecs lower than OMX HW codecs
but we have removed all OMX SW codecs now.

8eb885e3eb sm7325-common: Fix property SELinux denials 
Some of our properties were in the wrong spot or duplicated into the wrong
spot, so let's fix these denials

Example:
E init    : Do not have permissions to set 'persist.vendor.btstack.aac_frm_ctl.enabled' to 'true' in property file '/vendor/build.prop': SELinux permission check failed

sm7325-common: vendor.prop: remove media.settings.xml 
* Already set dynamically via init and the property here is blocked by sepolicy anyways, but if one were to boot permissive this would point to a non-exist file crashing media.

dc88b6d933 sm7325-common: Use the ?= operator so BT properties can be overridden 
System properties set with the "=" operator cannot be overriden. This
device is used elsewhere in the system and some of the properties need
to be overridden. The "?=" operator will use the assigned value if no
other values are assigned elsewhere, allowing for overrides.

5abdd4f352 sm7325-common: Set default the Bluetooth class of device 
The class of device is a string with a list of uint8t values:
90,2,12

The meaning is as follows:
{Service Field, Major class, Minor class}

Service Field: 0x5A -> 90
    Bit 17: Networking
    Bit 19: Capturing
    Bit 20: Object Transfer
    Bit 22: Telephony
MAJOR_CLASS: 0x02 -> 2 (Phone)
MINOR_CLASS: 0x0C -> 12 (Smart Phone)

Test: make -j; -- check that bluetooth.device.class_of_device is
correct
