As mentioned in the page itself:

Docs is the space where I share my thoughts and advice on a variety of topics. All of the content is Unlicensed, meaning you are free to use it however you please. All content on this website is not legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.

This PR will implement this page fully, in replacement of the Music page for now. The Music page will be linked on another page in order to keep it's existing content, though I will come back to it later when I have time to compile such a list.
