This implements an API which allows for deleting accounts.

I've also implemented a self check and some other tweaks to improve the experience and prevent bugs.

Tested with the latest version of docker-mailserver on Gentoo Linux, and will be monitored while in production.

Delete Branch "delete-email"

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
